Cancellation Policy
Booking requests are made via our booking page. Payment is taken upfront (via the booking page online) however this does not confirm your booking. We will send you an agreement to e-sign which will confirm your booking. Our team has the right to cancel the booking if the photoshoot does not fit our company values. The booking is subject to availability. For all bookings and services, you can amend or cancel your booking free of charge up until 2pm (local time) 7 days before arrival. Email our team info@manyroomsstudios.com with your details, and a team member will get in touch within 24 hours. Cancelling after 2pm 7 days before arrival or failing to arrive for your stay means you will lose your booking and will not receive a refund.
