Studio Hire and Use Agreement

SPACE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

This document forms the terms and conditions of hire of spaces by a hirer (you) at SOCIAL MEDIA LIVE LTD trading as Many Rooms Studios, (we/us). The hire of spaces under these terms and conditions does not create any affiliation or partnership between you and Many Rooms Studios, and we take no responsibility for and does not endorse the content of activities which you carry out in our spaces.


By confirming the booking request in writing you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions contained within this document. Please note that completing a booking form does not automatically mean that the booking has been confirmed.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the premises of Many Rooms Studios or booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. By entering the premises of Many Rooms Studios or booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions through an implicit agreement. Entering our premises implies consent and acceptance of our terms and conditions outlined below, notwithstanding the absence of a signed document. The hirer is required to confirm their understanding of our terms and conditions through the clickwrap agreement on the booking form. Booking a session via our booking forms constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

CONTINUITY OF AGREEMENT

By signing or otherwise agreeing to these terms and conditions once, you acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions apply to any and all future bookings and use of services provided by Many Rooms Studios, without the need for re-signing or re-acceptance for each transaction. This agreement remains in effect unless terminated or amended in writing by both parties.

SUMMARY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Liability and Damages: You accept liability for any damage caused to the studio premises, equipment, or furnishings during your session.

  2. Responsible Use of Facilities: You agree to use our facilities, equipment, and props responsibly, adhering to provided guidelines and ensuring they are returned in the condition they were received.

  3. Prohibited Activities: Activities prohibited include but are not limited to the use of glitter, paints, powder cannons, smoking (including vapes and e-cigarettes), and any substances or activities that may cause permanent damage or pose a safety hazard to our premises or others. No food, makeup, pens, markers, ink, drinks, or other staining materials are allowed on the couches or armchairs.

  4. Payment Terms: Payment for sessions and reservations at Many Rooms Studios is due before a reservation occurs and is due in advance to confirm bookings. Extensions or overtime must be paid for before the end of the session or agreed-upon time. Other payment terms may be agreed upon.

  5. Additional Fees: Fees may apply depending on the hirer's requests, such as early opening, out-of-regular business hours sessions, leaving props overnight, etc. These fees will be specified and discussed.

  6. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation and reservation policy applies as outlined in our terms and conditions. Fees may apply depending on the notice period provided.

  7. Damages and Cleaning: You acknowledge responsibility for any damages beyond normal wear and tear, as well as any additional cleaning fees resulting from excessive mess or the use of prohibited substances. Any replacements, damages, or repairs will be billed to the hirer accordingly.

Conduct Policy

  • Zero Tolerance for Rudeness or Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of rudeness, harassment, or disrespectful behavior towards our staff, other clients, or any members or staff of the building where our studio is located.

     If any such behavior is exhibited, you may be asked to leave the premises immediately, regardless of the status of your booking.

  • In cases where you are asked to leave due to inappropriate behavior, no refund will be issued for the booking.


  • We strive to maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is appreciated.
