• Loud music or excessive noise (especially during quiet hours)
• Unauthorised parties, events, or ticketed gatherings
• Bringing additional guests beyond the booked number
• Using confetti, glitter, fake snow, powder, paint, or messy props without
prior approval
• Fog or haze machines without permission
• Attaching anything to walls or ceilings (nails, screws, strong tape)
• Pets or animals (unless pre-approved or service animals)
• Filming or photographing in shared building areas (hallways, entrances)
• Damaging or removing studio property, or tampering with cameras or
security devices
• All rubbish must be bagged and disposed of
• Please complete a quick tidy (clear surfaces and tidy floors)
• All equipment must be returned to its designated area (Photo required)
• Any dents or damage to backdrops or equipment will result in loss of
deposit (additional charges may apply if severe)
• Shoes worn outdoors must NOT be worn on the backdrop
• Only clean indoor shoes or socks are permitted on the seamless paper
